bibigo’s Pork & Vegetable Steamed Dumplings come frozen in a 6.6 oz package: one tray of 6 dumplings in a microwave bag, plus a dipping sauce packet.[6][2][3] The pack gives two ways to heat them: in the microwave, or in a steamer.[1][2]

Not for frying, baking, a conventional oven or other direct-heat cooking, and reheating isn’t recommended.[1][2]

How to cook it

Microwave in the bag 1 min 45 sec, then stand 1 min[1][2]

  1. Put the sauce packet in warm water to thaw.
  2. Put the pack in the microwave and heat on high for 1 minute 45 seconds.
  3. Let it stand for 1 minute (recommended), then carefully take the tray out of the bag. It will be very hot.

Sources differ on the bag: bibigo’s page says to cut one corner of the pouch first so steam can escape, while the store listing says not to cut or tear the bag, and gives 1200 W.[1][2] Follow the pack you have.

Steamer 3–4 min[1][2]

  1. Tear open the pouch and take the dumplings out of the tray.
  2. Steam for 3–4 minutes.
  3. Thaw the sauce packet in warm water.

The filling gets very hot. bibigo suggests biting the top or side of a dumpling first to let the inside cool.[1][2]

Costco US lists a different flavor, Chicken & Vegetable, as a 36-count box of six trays. This page is for the Pork & Vegetable tray.[5]
